AFTER

This Rolling Hills Estates home located on a bluff had a mesmerizing view of Los Angeles, but unfortunately it could only be enjoyed from a family room badly added in the 70’s. The kitchen wall you see on the right in the "before" photo was removed which opened up the kitchen, as well as the media and sitting areas, to the expansive view. This was part of a whole house renovation. The 2 story home was stripped to the studs (literally) and rebuilt and expanded with a modern, contemporary style.

This back yard and pool area originally built in the 80’s needed updating. The outdoor kitchen, patio room with fireplace, and drop down TV created an entire new outdoor entertaining space. The used brick pool coping and concrete planter were removed and replaced with a colored, washed concrete surface. The pool equipment was relocated and re-plumbed to accommodate a salt filter system. The pool walls were then plastered for a deep blue natural look.

Home Remodel (Rolling Hills Estates, CA)

AFTER

This Rolling Hills Estates home was a textbook example of the worst home in the best neighborhood. Built in the 60's, it suffered from no curb appeal, no access from garage to house, no actual master bedroom, and a front door hidden from visitors. The deck over the garage was removed and the entry area with new doors, windows, stucco, stone and landscape turned this home into one that now lives up to it's location.
